Okay. Since the camping trip is in 2 weeks and nothing has been finalized yet regarding the location, I called some of the camp sites and they’re being a pain in the ass, since we didn’t make reservations way in advance.
So, I made reservations at the Riverfront Campground in Duncannon near Harrisburg (we went there last year).
Details:
- meet at the BP gas station (25th and poplar)
- be at BP Sat 9am. We are leaving at 10am prompt. Return Sunday afternoon.
- $5 per person
- we’ll have a spot right on the water
- they don’t care if we booze or swim
- we don’t have to know how many people… we just show up
- Red Rabbit burger joint right down the street is awesome
- good roads out there
- bring your own camping shit etc etc…
- bring cash with you
- anyone is welcome, even if you’ve never been on our rides before…
- make sure your cycle is legit and not gonna break down

I’m gonna meet you guys there!! Were tents necessary last year? If it’s dry skies, I think I’ll stay out under the stars. There’s also a rope swing on the river not far from here, and a real nice mountain road on the other side of the river.
