Rick and I stopped by Kevin’s shop to pick up mighty fest tickets (2 posts below) and see how the XS is coming along.

If you know me personally, you’ve probably heard me talk about Mightyfest. What started as a party among friends has developed into a full blown public event. We are on year 9 and this one will surely be “a might to remember”.

It started like this – as we get (usually) into the cabin fever inducing months of the winter there seemed to be a lack of gathering happening. Our solution? Make our own holiday. Valholiday to be precise. In order to please the gods, we gather together and feast on only the finest of foods, and play only the gameliest of games. The winner of our competition? He/She is crowned THOR for the year, and gets the right to brag and make silly demands for about 365 days.

Anyway, due to the size of the event last year we started selling tickets in order to not stick a couple guys with a hefty bill. They work very hard to make this happen every year and we only want it to get larger so more people can be idiots with us celebrate. The only way to get tickets is to SEE ME IN PERSON. Tickets will not be sold at the door. They are 10 dollars. Includes beer and food (but not liquor). I’ll post my contact info below so we can meet up.

in the cost of the ticket.

This will all be happening on MARCH 3rd at The Ukie club located at 847 N Franklin St in Philadelphia. Doors at 6, The Rock toss kick off starts at 6:30 SHARP.
