i love getting emails from folks around the world. seriously makes my day.
got an email from a dude named Sean from UK. these are his bikes.
550 was in a magazine. pretty cool.

This summer I carried my 35mm Pentax camera for the occassional shot. I mainly shoot digital but appreciate the look and feel of film in certain situations. I’ve been really slow with finishing rolls so I actually only shot a hand full. I’ve gotten some developed recently and the pictures are a random sampling of different cycles, friends, and traveling from this past summer. These are from the first roll:

(Any film person know where to get Seattle Film Works rolls developed?)

Northern PA. I had just got my 550 on the road (still had the stock bars on it) that morning and took off with Ed for some renegade camping.

Directions to Aaron’s wedding in Ohio taped to my tank. I had some cycle trouble the day the crew left Philly so I spent the night in the shop getting it taken care of and took off the next day. 500+ miles in 2 days with my first night of solo renegade camping.

Ryan and Dana.

Ricky livin’ free.

Chris F has been working his 77 CB550 for a little while now. Ricky and I help get it to a running condition and then Chris has really put his touch on it. Low, raw, and black.

Mike came across this. Good vid. Goes over:
- velocity stacks
- jetting
- syncing

I personally think this bike is kinda ugly, but it’s still cool the dudes are doin something different with the mono shock and custom frame. Look at the license plate placement it has! Makes my cb650 license plate placement seem legal. ha.

RED ONE

I know there are some camera nerds kicking around here, thought you might enjoy this shot. My 73′ cb500 and a RED ONE. I’m heading out on a 3 week shoot and what better way to test out the camera package then to shoot some shots of my Honda…. but shooting 4k quickly made me realize my 500 needs some serious cleaning!
