I was told that they’re different because the forces on the tire are different: FRONT for braking and turning, REAR for carrying load and accelerating. The profiles are typically different (rounder in front) and the tread might be different. I was told you can do it, just reverse the rotation on the front (since it’s primary purpose is stopping vs. accelerating on the rear).

Hey Max, my guess would be that one of the seals behind the clutch cover is leaking.
