Looks the ultimate strip mine. That’s what a rider from New Castle Pa would call it. Is it close to Philly? I’d cut berm after berm with my WR. I’d close my eyes and ride by instinct. I’d burn and burn till I fell down and then burn more berm. — I got to this site looking for Vermont Title info. Don’t see anything recent at COTT about it. You guys
are what I was looking for around Western Pa. I like your enthusiasm. I don’t see the preciousness like every where else. I’ll ride anything and have ridden everything.

So I’m seeing too much confusion. Lots of good information. Just hard to decipher. 1980 CB650 mechanical carbs. Open exhaust. Pods. I live in Mississippi. So you recommend 120/42 jets and then maybe sync and dial in? Just looking for clarification. This page is awesome though. Hope it’s still active.

Thanks for posting. Nothing like the old Toyota trucks. So many colors and choice of fabrics. Different options. Trucks were trucks and there is nothing like a 5 speed. After 94 it was never the same.

I rolled a Yamaha 250cc in 2017 ended up with 21 staples in my head.going up hill out of creek I fell backwards landing on my butt laughing my self silly,some how the 3 wheeler fell back on top of me rolling over me somehow the handlebar got under my helmet and pealed my scalp like slidding a bar under a piece of ice.i had to lift my face back up to right spot.so yes can be deadly.

Owned exact bike and color. Bought it used in 1981 had about 2600 miles on it. Paid 500.00 for it. Perfect shape and had sissy bar with backrest and carry bag attached. Used it mostly for transportation to work and back. Sold it in 1985 for 450.00 needed the cash towards a down payment on my first house. Had around 4000 miles on it then. I remember 1 day after a bad day at work. Hit the HWY wide open thru the gears. Got to about 80mpg bike shut down. Removed side cover if I recall on that bike. I blew the main fuse. Luckily was a spare in there to use. Anyways the guy was happy to get a nice bike in great condition. Nice to see it on the truck. Too bad you did not leave it stock.

Very cool trip, there is something to be said about storage haha. Ran Venice to San Simeon a few years ago with my triumph scrambler and loved it. This weekend I was day dreaming the same trip on the kzp with my lady. Now its definitely going to be a dinner talk tonite after seeing your post. love the page btw. I have been on and off looking at it since 2012 or so, always oggling the cb350f.
