Late model KZ650’s and all KZ750’s came stock with 630 chains. Converting to a 530 chain has a few benefits like being more readily available, cheaper, and lighter than 630 chains. Even modern Kawasaki’s like the ZX10R which is 1000cc, 190+ hp, and 80+ ft lbs of torque use 530 chains.<\/p>\n
