actually, yes, the ton was done on the cb500t.
i blasted the ton on that cb500t on rt 55 in new jersey.
yup, on my 75 cb500t on ocean parkway between Jones Beach and Robert Moses. On 30+ year old tires no less haha
Remember trying to do the Ton on a Suzuki Hustler in, think it was 1969. Almost 100mph (on the speedo) and someone flashed me. Slowed down as it mean there were cops around. Didn’t see anyone till they stopped me. Fined for doing 85mph (as I had luckily slowed down) in a 70mph zone. DId the Ton on my next Bike. Suzuki 500cc Cobra. 112mph easily (again that is what the speedo said) Now I ride a Hayabusa and err well we all know what they are capable of. Pensioner who doesn’t ride like one. LOL.
