Central Appalachia Ride
The end of the summer is a great time to get out and ride. For the last few years I have taken a week in September to just hit the road in search of whatever is out there and this year was no different. Last week I headed out across PA and then cut down into Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky in search of twisty two lane blacktop and found plenty of it out there. Here are a few pics from that trip.

Pine barrens camping
Got to mikes cabin. Hit the trails. Mark took out a tree branch with his face. Dr Guzzi couldn’t go through a puddle without the DT360 crapping out. I was sick and high on DayQuil entire time. Mike led a good route again. Barely made it to Luceille’s diner. Cop pulled us over in pines… […]

one time a cat ran in front of me when on a fixed gear. couldn’t stop, ran it full over, then flipped over the bars.
got mangled. cat was fine.
