Denco z1 article
George is one of our buddies who comes out on Thursday rides periodically. He sent over this article from an old Cycle Guide mag.
Denco was an old performance company. They list the mods they made to their z1.
Fuck the z1 and kz’s are the best. I did a Kelly loop on mine last night. Such a great bike. 6-10k rpm with my cams, vtec kicks in yo. Best feeling.

Thanks for doing article.thought i had seen most all the Denco articles but not this one I met Dennis Dean in the early 80s at national trail race way.I was running a stock z1 at the time that I held the IDBA c/stock record with. Dennis had sold me a used monocone header and helped in tuning the stocker with header to an 11.28 1/4 mile with no bar and street tire . the man was pretty damn sharp.
