After more than 1.5 years of trying to get this place its finally settled. It needs some major structural repairs and a new roof but it has a ton of potential. I’m looking forward to getting the workshop setup, making cool stuff, and having fun with the crew. It’s gonna be an adventure.

Second floor will be open to rent so hit me up if you’re looking for workspace like this.
