1987 cbr250r – on board

Since the weather in Philly is shit, I thought you guys might like to see what it’s like to ride a cycle around sunny New Zealand. It was a solid 75˚ yesterday.

This is my first time attempting on board filming, so if the quality sucks, deal with it.

This first vid is me cruising around Auckland city.

The second vid is me cruising around some back-roads in Auckland. You can’t really tell in the vid, but the hill and turns are pretty intense.

Both vids don’t really do it justice. It seems like I’m going super slow, when I’m actually going pretty fast. I dunno… weird.

    A) fuck you for rubbing in the warm temps!, I test rode my 500 earlier (and an hour later) still can’t feel my finger tips

    B) The second video is sick, those roads look like soooo much fun! When are you going to get another bike? I’ll come visit!

I dig it. That cycle has such a different sound than the old hondas.

I wanna see a nice still pic of you wearing your mcguyver camera setup…

its been a long winter here already.Either snow to just too cold. I’ve been on my cycle for about 5 minutes since we shot those photos in December.

Yea, it sounds like a high strung crotch rocket. Vid doesn’t do it justice… Especially at 18K rpm

The roads look great. Glad you’re having a blast. And NO SNOW! 🙂

It’s great passing in between slower vehicles and oncoming traffic, isn’t it? It’s probably legal everywhere, but here! 🙁
