The Dusters are a group of guys who primarily ride vintage bikes and are based in Philly. We’ve got friends who’ve lived here and have since moved to other places (Wilkes-Barre, Harrisburg, NYC, SF), but still rep the crew.
Most of us have owned (and still currently ride) older, rusted, dusty bikes – hence, the Dusters. Its more or less an excuse to make matching T-shirts for our friends.
We, along with Adam and Ed, have been tossing around ideas to make a collaboration shirt as of late. We’re still working on a final design, but should have something in the next couple weeks. It’ll most likely be for sale on the Cast & Salvage website.
There are certain things you can do yourself and there are certain things you should leave to the experts with the real tools. I’ve lapped valves before.
