1984 Kawasaki GPz900r
Wow. BikeEXIF actually had something on it I found interesting.
In case you didn’t know… Kawasaki muscle bikes completely dominated the drag strip in the 70’s and 80’s. Umm… you’ve heard me talk about the Z1 / kz900 / kz100 before right?
The GPz was the next generation and equally, if not more badass. 900cc. 115hp. 150mph.
BikeEXIF had this bike up. Check it out. It’s badass as shit. They linked a video. I watched it and I gotta say… it’s the best video I’ve seen in a long time. I get a little bummed on some bike videos lately. Like… all the stuff on Hipster Bike Videos website – funny and true. This is amazing and funny.

I love how they combine the old Kawasaki footage with the new footage.
