Dennis’ spot up in northeast PA. A bit rocky here and there… but def a ton of fun. It’d be good to camp up here sometime.
Printed in Kensington by Press & Release. It’s a discharge (bleached) print on American Apparel 50/50 tee. Back in the day Little Devil brand did an awesome discharge shirt that I loved so I was excited to do my own. Pick one up in the C&S store or get one from me soon before they’re […]
On our week long off-road trip, Adam shot some GoPro still-frame video footage from the tight single track we did. Pretty sure it catches me taking a spill somewhere. Also, some random BMX videos I dug up from early-mid 2000’s. Good stuff.
A couple vids I had laying around from the SW Montana offroad week. Man, that was a ton of fun.
On our last day in Missoula Montana, Colin brought us over to his buddy Mort’s place to show us around. Guy was real nice and had a ton of cool stuff. Check it out…
Well. A month in Montana was great. I needed to get out of Philly for a little. Ending a month in MT with a week long offroad dirt bike trip was the best. Colin led us through a crazy off-road enduro adventure through SouthWest Montana. Such varied terrain. I can’t think of how to summarize […]
Part 3: Days 7-9 Day 7 – Stratton, VT to Copake, NY Holy hell it was a cold night. I was not prepared for the cold that came in during the early hours of the morning. It was 40 or below. I had to put everything on that I had. Brain got creative for warmth. […]
Part 2: Days 4-6 Day 4 – Lovell, ME to Benton, NH The sun rose and so did we. Dave had some coffee for us. What a guy! Going to Dave’s was the right move. It’s kinda wild that you can meet total strangers who will take you in and treat you as their own […]
Part 1: Days 1 – 3 After hearing about Ed and Adam’s planned month in Montana, an extreme FOMO kicked in for me. A couple of days later, I overheard Young Will say on a Thursday night pocket beer ride that he was doing the newly created North East BDR in August. Boom! FOMO problem […]
Colin showed us some dual sport trails that branch off of Blue Mountain, which is just south of Missoula. About 4 hours of dual/single track up and over a mountain which popped us out at The Jack Saloon, just south of Lolo MT. Ton of fun. Loose rocks are difficult on the XR650l. Especially steep […]
XR650L has turned out to be such a great bike. Last year trip through British Columbia the XRs did great, but noticed they ran pretty hot. So we asked Colin to install oil coolers on them while he stored them for us. We chose the Sutton xr650l oil cooler kit. Really nice cooler kit. Honestly […]
Look something like this:
Pocket beers to Love park. What else is there.
Kenzo woods. Get it in one last time. Nice knowing you guys.
Trip to Pittsburgh to Wheel Mill. Washed up for sure. Ilford Delta 3200 film.
– almost 50 degrees – super sunny and warm – Mr Bills burger spot around the corner off rt42 – most people there had off-road dirt bikes – spot was super fun – good hill climbs and loop around the blue hole
The film photos I posted months ago were my favs. I still have a ton extra film shots I didn’t think were great. Below are some unseen ones that were somewhat decent.
Finally got the film developed and scanned. Same exact camera/film setup I used on the Denver trip about a decade ago. I’m into it.
Def still fun.
I’m waiting to get my 5 rolls of film back. $250 to get it all developed and scanned and only a few places on the east coast still do it, bummer. Guess I’m not buying E-6 slide film again. I’m the meantime a few pics from my phone.
Doing the track events, I automatically get this “Grassroots Motorsports” mag. Normally it’s not my favorite but this month had a good article. When I was in college one of my autocross friends from the Honda dealership I worked at had a modified E30-M3 bmw. It was cool and he was fast. Crazy how expensive […]

The tank on my 550 looks clean from the outside but it had a lot of crusty rust inside. I’ve used muriatic acid to clean tanks before but I wanted to try another method. So, I talked to my buddy Ryan who is a material scientist of sorts for a living and he gave me […]
