Old Toyota Truck Ads
While doing Yamahauler sticker research I fell into an internet hole of old toyota pickup advertisements. I love everything about the old Toyotas. I like that they were just called ‘pickup’ and were basic small trucks with great colors options and even better graphics. The new trucks just don’t have that same cool look as these older ones in my opinion.
I wish I was this dude… Toyota long bed in some sick mustard color, 3 MX250’s, and 2 hot chicks. That guy is the fuckin’ man.

Mini trucks make so much more sense than huge dumb American trucks.
Maybe a huge new 4×4 truck makes sense if you live in Montana on a farm on a mountain hillside and it snows most of the year
Love it. First Toyota Truck I had was a 79 SR5 brown truck with stripes….just like the one in the ad.
Drove it to160k and my G.F. got hit in it in 85 an it was Totaled out….Bought a 86 model and drove it to 245k….and bought another Toyota truckin 97…
Thanks for posting. Nothing like the old Toyota trucks. So many colors and choice of fabrics. Different options. Trucks were trucks and there is nothing like a 5 speed. After 94 it was never the same.
